WINFAST STEEL INDUSTRIAL LIMITED has a 6000 MT/month production capacity that covers AISI 200-series, 300-series, and 400-series stainless steels with different hardnesses, surfaces, or other special requirements for cold-rolled stainless steel. Two lines of fly shears from Taiwan process coils to sheets at 70 m/min, with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, widths ranging from 200 mm to 800 mm, and lengths ranging from 200 mm to 2500 mm.
The 430 stainless steel-sheets are a ferritic, low-carbon stainless steel. They have good corrosion resistance in a mildly corrosive environment and good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. These sheets have limited weldability, and edge welds are not recommended. The 430 stainless-steel sheets have excellent polishing characteristics and are used in a variety of decorative applications.
Typical applications include the following:
• Household appliances
• Metal molding
• Metal Trim
• Cabinet Hardware
Gold, black, sapphire blue, brown, bronze, purple, champagne gold, diamond, rose gold, rose red, etc

As an advanced manufacturer in China of super-thin, super-flat and super-hard precision stainless steel, Qiyi has extensive experience producing flat-rolled cold-rolled coils, especially 430 stainless steel coils.
The 430 stainless steel coils, with comprehensive performance advantages to strengthen the particles and the matrix, exhibit unique performance in terms of wear resistance, mechanical properties and creep properties. These coils are relatively simply prepared, have a low manufacturing cost, and can easily achieve industrialized production. These properties enable the prominent use of 430-grade stainless-steel coils, and they are commonly employed in industry as a mother alloy and in stainless-steel plates. The mechanical and wear properties of these coils will enable new practical applications in the future.
