Fujian Hongwang annual output of 600,000 tons of four-stand continuous rolling and pickling combined units successfully trial production

Recently, under the cooperation of design units, construction units, equipment partners and Fujian Hongwang team, Fujian Hongwang Phase II expansion project (phase I) has an annual output of 600,000 tons of four-stand continuous rolling and pickling combined unit produced the first coil of steel, marking the smooth trial production of the production line.
The project adopts the international advanced multi-roll mill and intelligent electronic control technology to promote the centralized control and "unmanned" operation of the production line. At the same time, the use of clean energy and industry-leading environmental protection technology, the production line set a variety of continuous production process in one, compared with the traditional production line, unit energy consumption is expected to reduce 20%, production efficiency is expected to increase 20%. The project has added an advanced waste acid roasting treatment system to achieve efficient utilization of resources, significantly reduce waste emissions, and has the advantages of leading technology, environmental protection, energy saving, high efficiency and high quality.
